Cash is KingIMO the markets are grossly underestimating the value of having cash on hand for a small but fast growing company like DM. It takes a lot of money to push through to profitability, and is often why startups fail. The money DM is bringing in with the covid kits, without diluting the company's value, will do wonders for business expansion.
We all heard on the webinar that DM only recently hired on sales personnel for Germany and US. IMO it's no coincidence that this has happened around the same time that they've brought in a bunch of cash from covid and AI sales, and this latest contract alone could be enough to put a lot more feet on the ground. Look no further than how successful the SK team has been when you have the right people in place.
We all know DM has the right product portfolio; we've been given strong evidence of that from the IDEAs program, USAF escalation to Allied Command, Lotte sales expansion, etc... so with the right sales people they'll be able to penetrate the private sector much more easily. Knowing that SMART is right around the corner, the timing of all this is perfect.
Not phased one bit by the market manipulation. Longs will come out on top for those that are patient enough.
