Note that CDC had planned on extending the ban until February but the WH vetoed this and only authorized the ban until 31 October (https://www.nytimes.com/2020/09/30/health/covid-cruise-ships.html), so we may see the cruiseline industry put in large orders of tests in the very near future, if they're hopeful to re-open 01 Nov.
