At the end of the day, it boils down to assessing operational capacity against opportuntities and reputational risk of bidding on something you can't deliver on within prescribed timeframes (which, in this case, is a very short turn-around time).

Just wanted to say with regards to this latest news, the interested suppliers would have to be able to acquire and process 10,000 tests per day and scale up significantly from there. From what we can tell, we may not yet be capable of even 10,000 a week - we are a bit too small for this one.
I don't know any previous knowledge of the labs in that list of interested suppliers, but looking up LuminUltra, they had a press release as far back as April 15th saying they were providing 50,000 tests a week.
Let's continue to steady our hands. Appreciative of everyone's input here.
