$0.185 on April 16 2020... $0.235 on March 24 2021approaching a scenario where 1 year performance analysis will clearly paint the current picture for new, potential investors... a company with stagnant growth and an inability to maintain momentum. Y-O-Y SP performance will be ~20%, in a calendar year which saw the S&P and TSX surpass that in terms of annual growth. Coupled with the risk associated in venture stocks, why invest in a DM, when there's a thousand mature-stage companies offering the potential for 15-20% gain potential in the coming year (and without 30% dilution)?
I believe there's work being done behind the curtain, I do. But dead money is dead money no matter how you slice it. At the end of the day, if we aren't satisfied with how mgmt (BoD) are steering the ship, use your votes to be heard. Together, we can influence change.
Torlif, I hear you, this is getting to be a source of everyday frustration and the thought of decreasing my position has become increasingly persistent.
But alas, I'm holding... Mgmt, please listen to our concerns. We're expecting an air tight PR for the upcoming earnings call. Be as clear as you legally can, and help us avoid having to fill in the blanks. I've said it before and I'll say it again; We are investors, your most important stakeholders. We're not your piggy bank.
