DM vs CBDT

I am beginning to wonder, is DM going to outperform CBDT.

My thinking is DM has many areas while CBDT only has 2 at the moment and it doesn't have AI.

I can be wrong but I am holding both for now, I believe both can do very well but just wondering if one will outperform the other................
