Given NATO adapting its mandate include China in its policy (https://www.cnbc.com/2021/06/14/nato-members-unite-to-face-evolving-threats-from-russia-and-china-.html) and that, as indicated by Marshall, in this week's webinar, that DM's SMART is (namely) piloting Mandarin, my guess is funding to increase the development of SMART is on the way - alongside contracts :-)
