RE:RE:RE:Perspectrum?If this was a "clean" marketplace, then yes, if DM announces a deal (i.e Perspectum) that no-one understands or likes the dilution then the sp will drop. Likewise if the LOI is cancelled, in a "clean" marketplace the sp would rise. However, DM lives in a heavily manipulated marketplace. So cpy NR's rarely (if ever) elicit the expected response. Instead we see sp dropping when record revenues, earnings or new contracts are announced. Until there is enough buyer interest to offset mm manipulation the sp will go where the mm's want it to go regardless as to news.
