The second phase approval is the only reason this is not $1.00 right now. When that happens they will need RYU at the order desk to field requests.

I knew they would hold news until TLS was over.

Speaking of RYU. How is this not insider trading???  

Watch for stage two approval when RYU buys 5 million shares on the open market just prior to the news release.
