News aren't everytime excellent.Sometimes news are just informations. And sometimes news are even just bad presented informations.
Some cirtics on that NR of today:
1. A NR shouldn't left the reader with questions. But I have some:
a. What are providers? (I know what they want to say. They meant doctors)
b. What is a grid systems (I know what they meant to say. It is a network of doctors and pharmcies and ..., but it is not an electricity grid!)?
2. Why do they copy and paste always the same text into their NR? This is lazy and shows lack of understanding to frame the message.
E.g.:
The app provides accessible healthcare to people who live in rural or isolated communities and make services more readily available and convenient for people with limited time, mobility, or transportation choices. (found in NR 10/20/21 and NR 10/27/21)
... 3. Why do they cite three reports without explaning the meaning of these reports to the beta testing of their Medi-Call app? This also just shows lack of understanding to write a solid NR (or even worse, is just lazy).
4. Why they don't tell the story they had a first test of the Android compatibility (10/20/21), than they tested the app on iOS (10/27/21) and now the app is ready for a 100% full beta test (03/01/22)? This is also a lack of understanding how to tell a story via NR over time. They should communicate what they did in the past, what they do now and what are the next steps within what timeframe.
Ok, I could critize more, but I won't.
Hey Mr. Greenwald please do your job, I want to see effective communications! (
