RE:RE:I wonder whyDM never administered testing, only provided them to SCRN via signed agreement. Why did they have the kits on the site before? Sales of kits has zero to do with exchange rules. Your rebuttal is weak friend. Contact the CEO and see if he gives you a straight answer.
