There's no doubt the year-end financials will be amazing. For those looking to increase their positions, I would think grabbing some of those shares available at 16.5 cents is a steal. Anything under 20 cents is a great bargin.
There's a couple of ways to look at this. Next week those shares could start to slowly disappear as we head towards the release of the financials. So then people may not want to procrastinate too long on deciding to purchase some more stock. The other possibility is that most of those shares are held by institutions because they know the average retail investor can't make a dent in moving them out of the way and they wait for the release of the financials hoping that a number of retail investors will use the opportunity to put their shares up for sell at slightly higher prices, but still way undervalued and the institutions are able to sweep them all up. I think it's funny that every morning for about a week or so we keep seeing a lone ask of 500 shares at 19.5 cents.
