RE:NCIB - Policy 5.6DM won't be buying and cancelling any shares through this NCIB, I can almost guarantee it. Even if they do, it will have a negligible effect on the outstanding share balance and SP. They need every penny they have moving forward, and why cancel shares if you plan to dilute again at some point. To make matters worse, If they chose not to dilute through a financing, they will continually lack institutional support. SP under 1.00 on the TSX means no buying on the open market. GL.
