AmericanAkita--My understnding is that rights are for roadside assistance in canada for Hyandai & Kia.
                          Revenue would come from subscritions. Similar system to CAA in Canada.  Hardware                            in form of trucks with charging equipment would require substantial investment.

Anyone provide additional details?  Lots of questions re 66 million shares.
