The only thing Marshall puts off until after Discord's is news of more massive dilution, from the purchase of a NEW, zero revenue, Zero assets, dumb idea acquisition. I challenge anyone to call the 3 largest tow companies in their area and ask how often they get a call from people with an electric vehicle needing help because they ran out of power. Hint... the answer will be almost never. Do your DD. Also Datametrex has to pay to buy the charging unit (trucks), pay to train the driver to use it, pay the operator a wage, pay to charge the trucks, etc, etc. How many millions and millions of dollars in profits do you think their in store for after these realities set in? And as for the news release about applying for patents that's laughable. I've been investing for a long time and when a company publicly announces that they applied for patents it's nothing to write home about and you'll never hear anything about these unspecified patents ever again.
