Competitive advantage to CAA?

Think you would find that the majority of CAA members are drivers of cars that are past their new car warranty - so over 3 or 4 years old. This is because all car manufacturers provide their own roadside assistance programs. For some reason they don't seem inclined to use the CAA services. So that will require that they contract with a provider like DM for charging services. There is great potential in spite of CAA.
