No, No, No.  Can we please never talk about a RS again.  They suck balls nearly 100% of the time.  I have been a part of them with SCRN and Skylight Health.  Both went poorly.  I have researched the pros and cons of RS to death and they never work.

Space Cadet.  Can you please give me 3 examples of companies that you have invested in that have done a RS and it benefitted share holders?


Furthermore, a RS will not help us with institutional investment.  No institutions are buying shares on the "Vulture exchange".  That straight up isn't happening and if Marshall is saying that in Discord then he is lying.  Just like they lied about having the uplist paperwork filed in January.  That straight up didn't happen as we meet all uplist criteria and if they had submitted paperwork in January we would be on the TSX by now.
