Don't know for sure pothead but it's one of the following

A long cashing out with his 3 or 4 cents per share profit
A regular shareholder selling at a decent loss for whatever reason
A financial institution unloading some of it's position....year end squaring
Someone who was given free shares and just gathering up some Christmas money
