The first 17.8 million shares cost them 1.9 million If they get the next 17.8 million for lets say a 7.5 average that would be about 1.3 million, sure 600,000 less but lets keep it real spending that 600,000 would not put us or the company in any serious financial trouble obviously......the worst case here is if and I say IF

The point is, you don't want Datametrex using any cash to buy shares. An NCIB is best when not needed. Apparently it is needed, and that is counter intuitive to organic share price growth. Sure, those are possibilities, it is also possible that the sellers of EV Connect are slowly unloading their 66M shares.  If that is the case then that is very ominous.  Marshall assured us that at .12 or .15 (I don't remember) EV Connect wanted shares over cash.

I'm hoping it wasn't either EV or Medi dude who is dumping into the bid but the fact those shares are free and the price is so low it makes those dudes a logical choice but again don't know for sure obviously....I know if I had free shares come to market....lets say 22 million of the 66 (just guessing it was divided with 3 dudes) I would be selling 5 immediately when allowed 10 million

If we knew for sure who owned EVConnect before DM purchased it would be helpful. I think Marshall has hinted that large companies like Samsung owned a lot of the shares and they wanted DM shares - not cash. RF Securities Clearing just snapped up hundreds of thousands of those 8 cent bids.....this allows PI to move the 7 cent bid they have to 7.5.....nice to see the buys into the ask for a change

I wonder if any of these posters speculating on insiders dumping shares (i.e the people they call Medi dude or EV dude) realize that it would need to be made public and recorded by the exchange.  There has been absolutely no changes in the insider buys and sells when I last checked.  Those people who work for the company running Medi-Call and DM EVS are considered insiders, it would show
