I have identified most of it before but sure here goes:
  1. I downloaded the $12M app many months ago.
  2. Tried making an appointment several months ago but it was initially rolled out to Lower Mainland only (I live on Vancouver Island).
  3. I tried again about a month and a half ago and tried phone calls and emails to MediCall.  
  4. I identified in a Twitter Tweet that t MediCall didn't have a voice mail and Priya blocked me.
  5. Follow up emails to Marshall resulted in Priya unblocking me and a voice mail system being set up for MediCall.
  6. In late Septemer I tried again to get an appointment as it is now open to all of BC.....system won't accept bookings.
  7. I spoke with Tanya (the MOA at Medicall) and she was working on getting it resolved.  I never heard back.
  8. I tried making an appointment yesterday and the system won't allow it.
  9. I called Tanya yesterday (she remembered me which means that she is brilliant or the business doesn't have many customers).  She was supposed to follow up but I haven't heard back yet.
On the surface DM seems like a very exciting and potentially profitable company.  When you dig deep and try and actually utilize their supposed revenue streams things get interesting.  I certainly hope that one day This thing takes off and I have to eat humble pie.  If that day comes to fruition I will absolutely post on here in big bold letters I was wrong and I'm sorry.

However, for now I will continue to dig deep, turn over every stone, and look for the good and the bad.  With penny stocks it can be rewarding or down right depressing.  In the case of SCRN I felt a lot better before I started digging deep that got really messy and sadly those are the same people that are controlling our fate here.
