I don't know WSR personally. I just recognizes WSR online presence, and I don't like it when i compare it with others, like Dave Portnoy or Chamath Palihupatiya, and so on.

But I agree to the old fashioned stock promotion you mentioned.

Yes, if WSR has a personal high net worth investors network, a few phone calls can do wonders to DM stock volume.
I mean we just need some big players.
Theoretically with $5M invest at $0.075 we would see a volume of 66M
Meaning to say 20 new investors who get convinced by WSR have to invest $250,000 and they would move the stock heavily (by the way convincing those 20 investors would make WSR $6,250 per phone call).
