Flippers There needs to be seller's in order to have buyer's. There were a lot of shares picked up between 5 and 7 cents and a lot of those cheap shares are being sold off for a profit. As those shares are sold off by the penny flippers it will become more difficult for them to get back into the market. That is when you will see more negative comments from those same people. The higher the share price is will deter some penny flippers
