No company scam but stock manipulation We definitely don't have a scam here!
Why?
DM wouldn't have contracts with companies like LOTTE. Also Marshall would have sold most of his shares until now. But he bought even more, before the stock went down.
Why is the stock manipulated?
Have a look at the 3y chart. You'll find a downwards trend line. If there is a solid outbreak, the sp always got up to that trend line and than it can down again.
The beauty is, we can clearly see the current sp is the lowest range we had quite a few times since 2020, and the upper downwards trend line will soon touch this lowest range area.
If this happens, everything comes together.
By a contract revenue based catalyst NR, we'll have a breakthrough to that upper downwards trendline. Also we'll find a golden cross, and as many frustrated will sell their shares to new investors at higher prices, we get the volume we need to push through all those resistance zones, above our heads.
I'm pretty sure the price is controlled by those you know what happens when and who have enough shares and cash to sell and buy when ever they want.
But the company itself is legit, it's just the stock that is controlled. But we are very close to the end of the three year long lasting downwards trend.
