In all his promotional appearances, he has not once looked the part. Have you ever seen him with a tie and jacket? Say what you will...he misses the part on selling the image of his company. It's a very small thing however, image plays a huge part in selling your company. I wonder how many times he's met with institutional buyers dressed like someone going to dinner at Red Lobster.
