RE:RE:CONTRACTS ?We all know that the initial software has been installed and phase 1 and 2 are complete. The next phase is the grey area, from what I have read, it appears that individual government agencies now need to use their own budgets to proceed and impiment it in their systems (stage 3). Of course, I could be way out in left field but with lack of information, this is what I deciphered when reading the past news releases. By all means, what is everyone else thinking while we wait for more clarification.
