2020 Annuals/Q4s tomorrow?

Given that 2020 Annuals/Q4s should be released NLT Apr 30th, that leaves us tomorrow or Friday for a NR. My take is it will happen tomorrow at 0300 hrs (open of German markets time). Either way, I added today, on the expectation sp will be around 0.40 by the middle of next week.

While I would absolutely love to see Q4 financials come out tomorrow or Friday, every where I look and read it appears as though May 5th to be the projected release date. I guess it really makes no difference if it's this week or next. To be a week later than the 120 deadline is absolutey common in my experience over the years, some company's apply for an extension but my guess is if it comes next week the length of time is not long enough to require this.  My guess would be not tomorrow due to the trading activity today, I find it out of the ordinary

  any idea what revenue  DM must show on the report that current sp is not backed into already  Or what revenue DM  must show so it should go around 0,40 Mark  anyone to pitchin please.

The max filing date with the OSC is April 30, but the official release date is scheduled to be May 5.

I thought Gunter stated awhile ago that they were going to release financials early , I guess thats not happening , doesn't look like any buying leading up to the release of them here.

Good companies announce when they are releasing financials, this isn't a game, what are these guy's doing, no updates, no earnings dates, and promises made but not kept.

One would think they would be getting Netflix up and going with their testing. I'm pretty sure they have a lot going on right now.

Or the SP manipulation is happening to drive price lower and likely late buy  at EOD to maximize their profits
