Someone should realize Mr. Gunter that ot's okay to release the NR with using THE word NDA. 

To tell its retail shareholders that DM is on a right track  and Mr. Gunter was EXTRAORDINARILY HAPPY for the very valuable reason. 

But looks like he was EXTRAORDINARILY HAPPY for only going for a camping  .....

To be fair he is the CEO with a technical background and he can't be all things at once. While everything falls on his shoulders, he has referenced his legal department on several occasions. I'm guessing that consists of a firm on an hourly basis at this level vs in house counsel. Now compare that to the government's endless supply of lawyers, and the actual scope of National Security

Curious what you think of this then @dirty If the NDA can't be disclosed until we see it in the quarterly so be it.....my question would be if that's the case how could there NOT be a team trading blackout in effect.....I have seen no news release on this. I realize the team hasn't traded as of yesterday. Also do you think the deals are finalized....my guess is no and that is more

I can only assume these operations classify as Top Secret. Marshall has indicated in the past that work with US government agencies is ongoing and contracts have been renewed IIRC and there has been no NR. Typically Canada is even quieter when it comes to their National Defense than our neighbours to the south. The work may very well be underway whatever it is. It's hard to say but Mr. Gunter

I think what I mean by blackout is like you say some AI deals are done and no NR and some are in the works.....insiders know exactly what money they are bringing in and it has not been exposed to the public so I too am assuming this requires an official cease trading order as clearly it would be an insider advantage.....good question for discord maybe?

That would be a fair question. I know very little of the technicalities of insider trading. I'm sorry I can't give any clarification on that front.

... Great question for Discord... are there cease trade orders on parties privy to details and knowledge of contracts upon which an NDA is in effect and is such a cease trade order in place until details of said contract have been made available to the public?

It could be everything you mention or those only that are deemed insiders by the exchange.  Some feel that some AI deals they have been discussing under a NDA are in fact done deals....if this is the case the insiders know all the scoop, this must lead to an unfair trading angle unless of course not allowed to trade. My personal feeling is the NDA's being discussed are not done deals and
