No clear future direction

Annoucing no AI contract is one concern and use of the existing capital without any clear long term strategy is another. 
MG reminds me of a kid who enters into a candy shop with $10 bill that he gets from granfather and then wants to buy everything that he sees in the shop. Telehealth was a trend in middle of penadmic so he acquired a telehealth company. Then came the ''green trend'' and he bought a company to monitor the pollution. In middle of the cryto boom, he strated putting effort in reviving his blockchain business. What do you want to be man? Set a clear long term strategy and then follow that instead of going with the wind.

As an investor it hurts to see that the acquistition don't seem start contributing significantly in near future.
Holding since more than one year (first purchase at 0.13 and the second one at 0.24) and planning to exit around 0.30.

Lately some posters on this board were just soft-bashers (you can easily identify 5 of them), all of a sudden just after M.Gunter did mention that there will be a massive upside on the AI side of business(the core of DM business)...these soft-bashers became hard-core bashers. Thanks MUTDMUTD, at least we have a sane voice here. What I see Perspectum is targeted to acheive around half a million gross revenue within 16 months after completion of the acquistion.  DM has paid almost 3.5 M for that acqusition. Consdering all this, do you really conisder that half a million as ''significant'' contribution in DM revnue?

... it's a start... plus add to that existing revenue generated by the company that we will only see after a deal and in the Fins after that... plus this is deal #1 only ... who can say how many deals they'll get with DM owning them... plus any follow ons from the JV deal... plus any new contracts to look for naturally occurring Helium elsewhere with other companies.... plus the additional

If I had $ left for tech.  I would buy... I did it just a little to early.  I'm a mid-long term investor and although we have this today and it may continue downhill while everyone is in vacation.  I'm very positive about the mid-long term. Habe a nice weekend everyone!

Jackie, I posted a while ago a Dun and Bradstreet report showing Perspectum had revenue of $1.7M so are you talking about Revenue of Half Million or a gross profit of half a million. Please let me know where you found half a Million of revenue, I am interested to know. Jackie could be refering to the March10,2021 news release, Datametrex said " Perspectum must achieve a minimum of $600.000 in revenue in order to receive escrow shares". In the same Pressrelease DM said " Datametrex intend to expand the Perspectum platform into the company's cybersecurity business by integrating DM own AI tech with Perspectum". In the post below I does mention "Escrow Shares". Escrow is a process whereby money or a financial asset is held by a third party on behalf of two other parties. The assets or funds that are held in Escrow remain there and are not released until all the obligations outlined in the agreement are fulfilled. Escrow reduce the risk in a transaction by having a third party hold the assets
