They aren't hiring executives with years or even decades of experience. MG said they were looking to hire "the best". I don't think he has even come close to acknowledging this. That's a huge problem moving forward for the big board. If a kid promises you something, you shouldn't put much faith into it. Selling this was a hard thing to do, but it made sense to me.

Given the comparative impact Ukraine is bound to have on Germany versus Canada, it's understandable that DM's sp be lower in DE than in CA - investors need to hedge their bets against the day-to-day uncertainties Russia is creating (i.e. energy price increases, higher risk of Russia-driven cyber-attacks etc), Not that we're not exposed to these, this side of the pond, but let's
