If by "network" they mean individual College's and University's in Canada then that is the way to go. When students from overseas want to come here the school they wish to go to will have all the info on insurances and health coverage and all that, they would even handle some it it themselves. There will be a list of places for students to look into.....we need to compete with

How it worked with the exchange students we had for 3 years was like this....the schools provided info / assistance on coverage but the students could go out and find their own if they wanted to. The students would then just go to the walk in clilnic if needed, in this case if they chose Medi they pick up the phone. The "network" they refer to must be either the schools themselves or
