What I don't understand is why Datametrex has a great AI solution that they sell to customers like LOTTE, Samsung, or NATO, but at the same time have such poor external communication.

I've always criticized that. I still haven't understood it to this day.

With its poor communication (websites, press releases, Youtube videos, internet profiles on Stockhouse, TSX, OTCQB, ...), Datametrex misses so many opportunities that I wonder why they didn't throw out and replace their entire communication team long ago.

I agree company communications have to improve and I have written a lengthy letter to Marshall emploring him to hire a reputable Canadian PR firm ASAP that can help them stop making these avoidable communications missteps

I don't think the problem can be solved with an external service provider if your own employees are not capable of high-quality communication. On the contrary: an external service provider is always more expensive than a good employee. In addition, it is the case that if the board of directors of the company does not trust their communication experts, but thinks they can do better themselves
