Meaning of the options

The exercising of the options without a doubt has 2 meanings, both of which are true:

1) The company is in financial trouble
2) The management has confidence in the company

To explain point 1 further - the $0.08 options were granted in June 2023, expiring June 9, 2025.

As far as personal investment strategies, there is no reason for the insiders to exercise these right now. Even if the shareprice were to skyrocket, they would still be able to buy these at $0.08, that is how options work. To put your own money in at below market value would make no sense as an investment strategy. They would only do this if they saw the company needing money. 

On the upside of course, they have the confidence to find that cash in their own pockets and provide.

One question I have - they need to do a finance anyway for the sake of uplisting, why not do it now? Either way, more shares are coming into existence (they just effectively turned options into shares), so why not kill two birds with one stone? I know MG said that the financing/uplisting was on hold, but the company being in need of money was never part of the discussion.

Also, the whole point of the recent webinar was to discuss the financials and how angry everyone was. He indicated that the losses were due to costs associated with closing the COVID business and that the company was financially healthy. It seems from this injection of cash that he wasn't being honest.

For others with more experience than me, is this approach to communication (sort of shameful hiding of the concerns) typical, or a DM approach?

I'm 50 / 50 on the 2 options you mention....a couple months back I asked why they didn't do this to show confidence and one of the misleading cult pumpers ( who I since punted to the curb ) said exactly what you say...no rush to buy them at this point in time....thus I'm 50 % that they need funds and 50 % they believe.....anyways its 700,000 to help keep the lights on.

I'm 100% they need funds. I'm sort of new to investing, so please take this with a grain of salt, but to me it's just too weird a decision to make (buying options below market 2 years early), even as a way to show confidence. I have no fear we are going to flop....the lights will stay on is my guess....the only fear I have is just treading water for at least 2 more years. AGPT is too early to tell but all the other ventues marshy undertakes have proven to take way way longer than first thought and some of his ventures have been terrible. I wait....is it 2026 yet....barring AGPT busting us out of here.

From the videos and reading through the white paper I know we have a great opportunity with AGPT. MG has clearly expressed the plan to improve marketing to scale this new additional vertical. He has 500K of his money in this he has to deliver hopefully before 2026. A good, motivated marketing team is what DM needs.

Question - why is it always the case that they can't disclose? I get that there are always NDAs, but what about the days when they did generic updates on # of COVID tests or # of productions
