Talks about 'permit for an enhanced recovery' - I assume that getting the helium up is the biggest stumbling block and maybe they need to pressurize or use other recovery techniques that the good people of Flagstaff don't like???

I can't believe that the McCauley and other wells are now uselss - do we thnk that is the case? All that talk of 6% HE+ and it's all turned to nothing?
