Hmmmm, even more curious. I wonder....there was literally no one to approve the permit for a few weeks towards the end of March, so perhaps DME were told not to file it until the AOGCC were ready to process it. But I'm guessing. The more pertinent question is: where is that permit for well 5? With well 4 likely to be complete in less than a week, DME will need that permit if it wants to keep the rig and get started on well 5 (and 6)....
