First off running the business wins out against propping up sp.
Funny how all the institutional analyst disagree with you on dilution and this acquisition.

Now my frustration comes from the fact they issued share dilution at such low price in last acquisition.
Hamza didn't bother boosting SP and get to new levels and than acquire businesses that would be much cheaper and it would ease on dilution. He just bulldozer the SP.

Return to $2 is nowhere on the map. .. there's nothing suggesting that next GREAT acquisition won't include issuing new shares well under $1.2.. Hamza will tell you that he doesn't care about daily prices because he acquires new businesses.. and than every next acquisiton draws the line even lower.
