You claim disinformation yet you're just speculating yourself.

I don't think folks are worried about consolidation just by itself. The company also stated they may look for further financing and acquisitions. 

consolidation plus either of the above spells dilution for shareholders. After up to 30:1 this equates to decimation of shareholders.

They wrote these words in their disclosures ahead of their request for a Proxy Vote.
