Nope won't happen. Any financial advisor to Doc would never recommend it. Kiss of death to sp. Reverse splits never work. Please prove me wrong but I've never seen it work and I'm as old as dirt.

IMHO: if the company can sell its entire capability to a major brand the SP will go parabolic. I'd see a RS to show that they lack belief and don't see any tmrwal traction. It will be a last ploy to generate attention.

They are still fighting for life. Cash burn is critical here, as the financing at these price levels is the end game. I think Karen is still trying to sell whatever she possibly can and extend life and Doc to positive ebtida. After that they need new CEO or sell the leftover of Doc in one piece.

They've cleaned house, have $37MM in cash, low debt and new CFO says they'll be EBITDA positive this year. Slowcook, do you not pay attention or what's the motive here dude?

SlowCook, so why are you still invested in this company?(if you are at all) or are you on here just to abuse and harass people here?

Not sure why SlowCook is still invested... My shares dropped just over 90% since I first bought due to some good pumpers on this Stockhouse Bullboard. Since I only invested less than 1/3 of 1% of my monthly dividends; I do not lose sleep. Yet somebody has to protect the newbies who might actually believe what some pumpers post...

GORD, you dont have enough shares. You should buy a lot more and make yourself some serious money this year. With the amount you have invested I would not even waste my time commenting on this site. Who needs sleep....lol

You're making an assumption that Gord does not receive a humungous amount of dividends ; maybe he's filthy rich?
