What's with the back and forth about hypothetical vs facts?

Facts are known: we have been lied to for 3 years. We have been ignored for 3 years. DOC has made an absolute mess of M&A, VPROS supply chain issues costing millions and frankly, haven't sold a major deal that proves anything in support of what they say they have built out and its value to market.

Facts are, they hve sold around $100MM in Revenue assets and NONE of that money from these divestments has gone into buying back shares....its gone to OPEX so POOF!!!!

Facts are, they keep saying things yet the actual reality remains, they have publish a Proxy Vote to consolidate and likely dilute shareholders.....they are doing this at a time when all they should be doing is proving they are doing the job for investors and working bring trust and excitement back......but no, what they're actually doing is potentially f-ing us once again.

now we have KPMG/DOC delaying the report of Q3. What possible f up has been found to delay this? Fact was a month or two ago that Karen and her new CFO stated they would be reporting earlier each quarter via improvements....at NOV 23 they are already late for this cycle. Now it's worse with this delay.

some folks can bicker about speculation or hypothetical's however, the FACT is they've lost  the trust and confidence of their investors.

Whats deeply troubling is, they look at all of this and think they're perfectly fine. That should scare every one of you.

This whole 3 year saga is about as worse of an example I have ever seen. Even worse is, the nightmare continues

I rarely comment  but own DOC shares. Never drank  any cool aid so not part of the cult. Do own whack of shares and severely in the red. The good news is. Not just red in only Doc but several others  while having  some that I  am on the right side and color of green. Alot of small caps are getting  a beating over the last 1.5 years. How about just answering my questions: 1) If DOC had provided all information requested by KPMG on time and thus have the Quarterly Financial Statements released as originally scheduled on November 23, why would DOC be "working diligently" with KPMG to "complete these procedures"...? Second: CFO and CEO stated a couple of months ago at the Investor Day Event that they expect to report Quarterly Reports earlier due to focus and improvements......This Nov 23rd date was late for Q3 vs prior..... Like I keep saying Krap, you need to come clean and be honest with people here. You work at DOC dont you or youre paid by them to hammer anyone who says anything against the business. You do it here, you do it on yahoo, you do it on CEO.CA, you do it on Reddit and so on. Who does that? Another possibility: DOC provided incorrect data to KPMG, caught it between Nov 10 and Nov 20, and thus had to delay the release of their Quarterlies so they could calculate and correct their mistakes and provide KPMG with the corrected information.

I texted Karen and she said it was KPMG that they delayed it. All you can do is take her word for it. OR not,

I believe her. What did the find that made them halt everything? Must be pretty bad to hold up your client from their reporting date. again, they have been DOCs auditor for over a year...closer to 2 years probably. However DOC was set up rro work with KPMG was set a long time ago and they've done annual audits and quarterly reports over and over so it's NOT THE PROCESS is it!
