First Energy Capital

First Energy initited a coverage on Divestco on April 6...when the price was at $6,26 and said 12 month target price of $8,40. The same broker (45 days later )is now participating in the new issue of $25,000,000 may be at a price of $5,00 a share(we will see )I think First Capital is legally right...but.....I have a curious feeling....that I have been.....(we shall see )
