Through its commercial division, Trajectory Beverage Partners, the Company is the sales agent for many international brands in all regions of the country, as well as being a distributor in the western provinces.

It has struggled but is now on the path to sustained profitability.

Its debt issues have been constraining but recent new financing arrangements have mitigated these concerns.

Annual sales this year should approach $50 million or so.

Fair value is above $0.45 considering its strong growth profile..
