RE:THIS IS WHAT IS BEST FOR SHAREHOLDER'SYes, because of followings:
1. The company has no cashflow for a continued drilling programme,
2. The last two wells are not producing wells and do not contribute to revenues,
3. All debt is converted into shares,
4. H. owns now a majority stake in the company, and he can do whatever he wants to do,
5. The company is in a dead lock and frozen state.
Probably H. wants to sell the company.
