I have 170,000 TAN at a cost of .12.

I don't know where you get 6 cents. My screen is showing 3 to 4 and the proposed pp is at 8.

With a huge debt and 50 million shares out TAN is a candidate for a 1 for 10 rollback .... unfortunately.
