I'm confused

So part of this deal is for every share of Eclipse you have 1.09 shares of NEE will be given out.  Why is Eclipse cheaper when it should be 4.5% more in price? Am I missing something?

SANDS share price fell 40% over a period of a 2-3 months after the Hod Madan deal was announced. The share price has appreciated 220% since and they haven't produced an ounce of gold from it yet.& ...more

I remember when SAND bought 30% Hod Madan in Turkey. Everyone hated that deal also. Mainly because it was located in Turkey, and the stock took a big hit for 6 months. Well sometime in 2021 ...more
