RE:RE:RE:Wow...worst deal ever...I remember when SAND bought 30% Hod Madan in Turkey. Everyone hated that deal also. Mainly because it was located in Turkey, and the stock took a big hit for 6 months. Well sometime in 2021 construction of the Hod Madan mine will begin and In a year and a half when it starts cranking out gold at AISC of $200 it's going to be printing money for SAND.
Again this company was only formed 9 months ago. The word I was getting is it was going to take 3 years of advancing Hercules before any appreciable share price movemennt was recognized. Now in 12 months they are a producer, fully funded to begin the resource phase of drilling at Hercules.
Listen I get it, right now it may look like a bad deal. But your only looking at the short term prospects. In the mid to longer term you not only get to continue to grow the resource but now your also producing gold in a rising market. As for the drill results we'll see. They can't be all that bad if they are doing a 20 million PP to move to the resource deliniation phase of drilling. I'm willing to wait and see what the drill says.
In this market you want to be a producer not an explorer. I would much rather take this deal now and be a producer then wait on drill results over the next 3 years and try to attract someone then. Who knows if Hercules turnes out to be what they think it reall is then Norther Vertex gets bought out at a premium down the road.
