Thank you for your post. Well thought out and to the point. I am sure many serious holders of this stock think and feel the same way. Retail investors do not hold enough stock I feel to vote for new direction in management. I maintain with the wave building in ESS we need more bang. To get that bang we need more powder and direction toward defined targets. BLAH BLAH Califirnia, Texas, etc.
