Simple math based on the NR would imply that EGX shareholders would receive @ 0.8479ish per ODN share. Calculated as follows: .3584 X 1.89 (premium based on 20 day avg) / 0.7989 = @ 0.8479. That would ...more

Selling today is good for people who haven't been in for long. I've been in for 2 years and started buying at 11 cents ($1.10). Bought all the way down to 3 cents (30 cents) so I am averaged ...more

not many junior has drilled during the bear market. Why spend money when its not worthed. Follow the money. Odin worths that much because investor follow the the money, and the money is Ross Beaty ...more

They did some drilling back in Q1 2015 and then acquired some land in late 2015. Otherwise yeah not much going on there.

Odin valuation

From what I can see Odin is neither worth very much, nor does it have much of a cash flow. It borrowed 1mm recently and has done no work in the past two years. Something fishy about this deal!

EGX helping out INV Metals today

Or I should say Odin gold is helping. INV Metals up 16% today on no news so I can only assume Odin buying out EGX is what brought more interest to Ecuador plays. I'm sitting tight with INV Metals. ...more

Beaty owns right now (see presentation of Odin) 20% of Odin and Odin received a loan of 1M$ from Ross last month.
