The moment they release the PEA or tell us exactly WHEN the PEA will come out... but I don't think the expected release of the PEA will hold much weight anymore. Delay after delay. Like crying wolf at this point.
Anybody have any ideas how long till the PEA might finally be done? 3 months? 6 months? Is it possible they could be bought out before the PEA is released (I doubt it)?
