The buyers have drifted off into other plays...for now. The technicals are turning downward but are not in negative territory....yet. I suspect the PP has not rec'd the attention from the market the company thought it would. The longer it goes "not closing" the more the SP may suffer . It's been nearly a month now, should have closed already but the market is nervous about investing in a PP when the stock has already had a gainer near ten fold. I would not be surprised to see a re-pricing, they have to do something if they are not getting the bites. I know for myself it seems overpriced at this stage of the game. Proven earnings are still at least a year away, maybe closer to two years. That is what fund managers need to see, it's all about the numbers.
