It is amusing since MD Primer owns CCS and if CCS" fails to complete" both GEMS WIN and GEMS 4, MD Primer will be permitted to acquire the unfinished software works without restriction. LOL. So of course CCS is not going to finish it because it's in MD Primer's best interest not to finish it, take it for nothing and perhaps finish it and try to flog it under MD Primer. This script is written in large, bold crayon folks - not hard to read.
Since MD Primer owns CCS and owns the board, Primer can write any deal they want to absorb any remaining CCS assets for next to nothing. But then again, how useful is GEMS WIN?!? It's a stop-gap solution that Grima did not elect to do when they first realized that GEMS 3 was not WIN 7/8 compatible. So being the forward thinker that he is, halfway through 2014 when GEMS 4 is still not finished, that perhaps they should build an intermediary solution to get GEMS 3 users working until GEMS 4 is released. Great job their Skippy. I guess they don't cover forward thinking the "CEO Handbook for Retards".
I doubt CCS at it's current state would even be able to finish either of these software releases, much less pass their next ISO14385/FDA audit as they have next to no staff left to even facilitate all the roles needed in this company!
This news comes as little surprise to me as within the last month more staff have resigned their positions with the company following the CTOs departure including their Head of IT, Quality Assurance Manager and the Senior Software Developer for GlobalCardio. You simply can't develop and support software, let alone operate a business with no staff. If you've been keeping track like I have, that now leaves ONE GEMS developer and ONE Guava developer - and that's it!!!
Good move by AHybridofStreetandStocksmarts for getting out. I would highly recommend the rest do the same, becasue obviously the CCS staff arn't even sticking around. The Fat Russian has sung on this turd.
