Most of the basic funding is there already but I would like to see more powder in the keg to fully de-risk the cash flow requirements completely. I suppose that was the purpose of the recent prospectus that hopefully will never be exercised, and also to give the government something in the public domain that demonstrates there was good due diligence.
The IRR for this project will be massive once EVs drive up cobalt, and now that China controls DRC ... look for the ROW (rest of world) to pay more for cobalt soon enough.
Let's enjoy the ride ... should be fun the next 2 years as it all comes to be.
