Cobalt Demand for EV’s

From the Kitco Mining news article linked below: "The industry experts say that cobalt demand from nickel-cobalt-manganese (NCM) batteries used in EVs will likely increase from approximately 20,000 tonnes in 2019 to over 730,000 tonnes in 2040, a whopping 37x jump." 

This was published on March 2, 2021, not a long time ago, so the article is fresh. Which means this statement was made with previously known factors such as yapping that went around various circles saying that cobalt will be fully removed from, or replaced in, batteries.
